CAISER is under the direct management of ISCD, SDU. Its offices locate within ISCD. CAISER staff come from ISCD, SDU. Dean Professor Huang Kainan serves the Director of CAISER. Dr Hao Duan, Dean Assistant of ISCD, works as the coordinator of Chinese participants. Dr Scott Sharpe, the Deputy Head of School of Physical, Environmental, and Mathematical Science of UNSW Canberra, works as the coordinator of Australian participants.
